- Transfer of your loved one into our care (within 25 miles)
- Transportation from any hospital or Medical Examiner in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties (within 25 miles)
- Obtaining and filing death certificates
- Obtaining required State and County permits
- Crematory fee
- Cremation container
- Plastic temporary urn
*Does not include: Visitation, viewing, or ceremonies, certified death certificates, transfers outside Philadelphia, Bucks & Montgomery counties, non-hospital transfers, cremation over 200lbs, payment processing fee, unlisted third-party fees, and upgraded merchandise.
